Corporate Operations Support

Qi Tech provides professional and administrative support services required for operational support under the cognizance of the Corporate Operations and Comptroller Departments at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) as well as the Dam Neck Activity (DNA). Support services encompass or have encompassed Program, Project and Database Management; Business Operations and Financial Management; Comptroller Travel and Payroll; SharePoint Website Development; Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) Training; Technical Writing / Editing / Publication and Visual Information / Graphics; Communications - Public Affairs Office; Information Assurance; Property Management; Security; Human Resources Recruiting and Training; Acquisition/Procurement; and Technology Office.

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)

Crypto/COMSEC Support

Qi Tech, as a subcontractor for NAVAIR PMA201, supported the Development and Certification, and Testing of the first of a new generation of Networked Enabled Weapons (NEW). In this capacity, Qi Tech served as the NAVAIR liaison to the National Security Agency (NSA) in support of cryptographic key material control and incident response for the Strike Common Weapon Data Link (SCWDL). SCWDL was developed and fielded in two major acquisition efforts, the Joint Stand-Off Weapon (JSOW-C-1) and the Small Diameter Bomb Increment II (SDB-II). Controlling Authority (CONAUTH) duties for SCWDL keys require coordination with the Navy and Air Force lead services as well as the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) offices. Qi Tech provided Information Assurance (IA) planning, training, and contingency recover for Cryptographic Key material and disposition. Qi tech was also responsible for future compatibility of SCWDL with NSA modernization plans for Key Management Infrastructure and Cryptographic algorithm modernization.

Mission Planning (MP) Support

Qi Tech provided mission planning support to the PMA-201 Domestic and FMS Teams. We reviewed weapons Mission Planning documents and provide technical inputs, and participated in offsite Class Desk reviews and teleconferences with the NAWC China Lake MP Lead.
